MNPROtein is a truncated recombinant prion protein (Syrian hamster, aa 90–231) optimized for RT-QuIC assays. Each batch is purified via nickel-affinity chromatography, quantified by a Bradford assay, and quality-audited externally. Internal validation includes RT-QuIC with positive and negative controls to ensure consistent performance.

Applications: Ideal for RT-QuIC detection of prion-related diseases such as Chronic Wasting Disease and Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease. Molecular research purposes only.
